ON Semiconductor Recruiter and Agency Policy
It is ON Semiconductor's policy to utilize our centralized Talent Acquisition department
to source candidates for position openings.
We have recently reviewed our internal policies and procedures with a goal to
reduce the supplier base to a selected number of suppliers. As openings become
available, position searches are assigned to one of our approved agency suppliers
only. These agency suppliers are viewed as an extension of the Talent Acquisition Department
and are expected to work directly through the Talent Acquisition Department in conjunction
with Supply Management.
ON Semiconductor has completed the selection of approved vendors and suppliers
for the current year. If you are interested in consideration for next years list, please mail
the following information to the Talent Acquisition Department at ON Semiconductor (address
listed below):
- Agency name, location and specialization
- Contact information
- Description of products and services (differentiators
of your organization)
- Agency references (so we may assess past performance)
No unsolicited phone calls, please. Your calls will not
be returned.
Any candidate information disclosed to ON Semiconductor without having a valid
contract and specific Purchase Order from ON Semiconductor will be considered
free. As a result of unsolicited information, all rights to compensation are
forfeited in the event a candidate is hired. Furthermore, the opening of an
unsolicited e-mail or any type of mail does not constitute ON Semiconductor's
acceptance of any term or agreement to do business with an agency, including
but not limited to, the payment of any fee in connection with any unsolicited
resume received by us.
Be advised that ON Semiconductor does not consider any search to be valid or
a fee payable until a valid contract and a specific Purchase Order has been
executed by ON Semiconductor's Supply Management organization and the Talent Acquisition
personnel have conveyed specific search criteria to the agency.
